1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale / clearance items

Shipping fees (including premium or expedited shipping)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@pherozen.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
